A Different Way to See Your Body
Beyond the Mirror is an illustrated journey for all ages.
Told through whimsical images and lines of gratitude.
It invites us to see ourselves differently.
One that shifts the focus to what truly matters:
what our bodies do,
how they move,
and the lives they carry us through.

It Started With One Question
The idea for Beyond the Mirror began with a simple exercise my therapist gave me:
“Write down one thing your body lets you do every day.”
150 entries later, something began to shift.
I realized I had spent years judging my body
without noticing how much it was showing up for me.
That shift became the heart of this book.
Beyond the Mirror invites us to ask a different question:
What does my body let me do?
A mirror shows you a surface.
It can’t measure the life your body lives.
Arms that hug.
Hands that create.
Feet that explore.
